CALL TO ACTION
This Friday
March for Justice:
No Immunity for Dictator Saleh & Regime
Friday, February 10, @ 1:00pm
March from down town Brooklyn to New York City Hall via Brooklyn Bridge
Demonstrators will gather at 1pm in front of Al-Farooq Mosque: Atlantic Ave. b/w 3rd & 4th Ave in Brooklyn and march to New York City Hall, City Hall Park.
Stand up for Justice
Join us in the March for Justice to call upon the Obama Administration to reverse the shameful decision to allow a dictator with blood on his hands to find refuge in New York.
Yemeni-Americans and Americans of all backgrounds who share a commitment to justice and peace should join us in demanding that dictator and embattled Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh be prosecuted at the International Criminal Court for gross human rights violations against the Yemeni people. Over 29000 peaceful protesters have been murdered and injured in less than a year by Saleh’s security forces and Obama administration still rolled the red carpet for this dictator to enjoy a luxury at the Ritz Carlton Hotel near Central Park in recognition for the crimes against humanity committed by Saleh against the People of Yemen.
Please show your support for justice, make every effort to be there and bring signs, bring your voices, but most of all, bring your conviction that Ali Abdullah Saleh should be held to account for his crimes!
*Please wear comfortable walking shoes & bring water
